Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from odors, stains, or damage

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• The reason for your return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color when available. Please contact us to check availability before sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Pre-Loved & Consignment items
• Items marked as final sale
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
